* Pay-off supply stand roll in type with Disc Brake.
* Rotating Wiper for cleaning the strip.
* Collapsible Straightener mounted on Horizontal and vertical plane.
* Two no. of separate eccentric lapping spinner with four or six glass yarn cheeses on each spinner with/without Positive Infinite Variatior (PIV).
* Automatic stoppage on breaking of yarn or when yarn ends. On yarn breakage the ovens retract back and close to avoid heat loss.
* Varnishing and lacquering plant consisting of one preheating oven and two curing ovens with four heating zones.
* Varnish re-circulating system with geared pump and containers.
* Capstan unit (overhung) with reduction unit and PIV.
* Take-up with traverse pitch is controlled by Roll Ring traverse for stepless pitch variation.
* Safety interlocks to avoid damage/burning of covered rectangular wire or thick wire.
* Control panel Board.
