The major components of Lumax Lights' Hybrid Light Tower include:

-Genset: Diesel/Petrol Generators with High Efficiency Bearing-Less PM Synchronous Alternators for generating electric power.
-Chassis: To carry the entire assembly
-Mast: Telescopic mast with Manual/Electric Winch for lifting light fixtures to varied heights according to different site requirements
-Lights: High Efficiency LED lights
-Batteries: On-Board LiFePO4 Batteries
-Solar Panel: Integrated Solar Panel for charging the batteries during the day

Automatic Operation for minimal User Input requirements: Lumax Light'A s Hybrid Light Towers are programmed/designed to start and stop automatically based on the battery and load levels.

Compact & Light Weight: Lumax light'A s Hybrid Light Towers use Permanent Magnet Generators (PMG) that are designed and manufactured in-house for maximum efficiency, which are much smaller in size than the conventional generators. This leads to a better Power to weight ratio as compared to other Gensets and the weight difference is considerable which can be noticed in the overall weight of the Hybrid Light Tower.

Overload Protection : MLTs by Lumax Lights have been designed to limit the output current to a certain value, based on the various power and voltage ratings, which prevents any overloading on the Genset and thus ensuring optimum performance from the engine as well

Low Maintenance: Lesser maintenance required due to the use of Rare Earth Permanent Magnets (NdFeB), absence of any brushes & H class copper windings for the alternator.

Higher Durability: Our PMA incorporate a Bearing less or direct mounting design of the rotor. Due to fewer components as compared to conventional alternators, the end result is a highly durable system with less breakdowns which also ensures longevity.
