Par Boiled Rice Rice Semolina
Black Gram Dhal
Salt
Sodium Bicarbonate
Malic Acid
Fenugreek and
Asafoetida.
Directions for Use :

To the contents of this pack add 375-400ml of water for every one cup of mix without heap add 1 cups of water and mix well to get smooth batter.
Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Lightly grease a set of Idli moulds with oil.
Gently stir the batter once and pour into Idli moulds.
Steam for 1013 minutes after water begins to boil. If pressure cooker is used, do not apply the weight.
Serve with PRIYA Curry Leaf Powder, Idli Karam, Nallakaram
