One of the main inputs of any industry is heat power which is mostly derived from burning of petroleum oils or Coal. Thermal Gasifiers, being eco-friendly and cost effective serve as a better alternate source. Two types of Thermal Gasifiers are offered, one based on Wood Chips (Solid Biomass) and the other based on Rice Husk (agro industrial waste/residue). From operational point of view these are simple to operate & maintain. These can replace Furnace oil, Diesel, Kerosene, LPG Burners, and Electrical Heaters equally well and at the same time economic in operation.

Furnace Temperatures upto 1100 Deg.C are attainable
Around 4 Kgs of Wood Chips or Coconut Shells or 10 Kgs of Rice Husk can replace one liter of oil
Operates continuously on 24/7 basis
Extensive Civil works are not involved in installation
These can be and can be operated by nontechnical persons
Does not need chimneys
