Industrial Laminate Boards

These are Laminated sheets made from layers of paper using synthetic resin as bonding medium. Available in 3 colours, these laminates are graded on the basis of their electrical properties. The range of paper phenolic laminates manufactured by M/S. Super Hylam(P)Limited, consists of 2 grade as per IS:2036-1995:

SHP-101
This grade conforms to IS Grade P1. The thickness range is 0.8 mm to 25 mm. It has excellent mechanical and adequate electrical properties. It is suitable for low tension like transformer and choke bobbins for battery eliminator, base of valve holder, tubelight ends and chokes.

SHP-102
This grade conforms to IS Grade P2. The thickness range is 0.8 mm to 25 mm. It has good mechanical and electrical properties. It is suitable for power electrical industry for use in cross bar switches, piano switches, insulation in X Ray equipment, fuse holder base and all type of relay.
