FEATURES :
Compact user friendly low cost controller with in-built power module for upto 415V/90A AC spot welding machine.
Easy to read thumb wheel switches for setting number of weld cycles.
Timings set in terms of "half cycles" of mains supply frequency to get better resolution.
Precise time and energy control ensures consistent weld quality.
Built in compensation against fluctuations in the mains supply voltage.

Output : Built in back to back thyristors drive transformers upto 90A primary current. OR
Gate-Cathode drive signal to drive a pair of back to back thyristors of any capacity.
Weld Time : 0-99 cycles ( half cycles of input supply frequency)
Weld Energy : 0-100% adjustable by potentiometer.
Trigger : External Normally Open contact. Actuates a contact closure.
Trigger Delay : 0.1 sec - 3 sec, adjustable by potentiometer
Indicators : Mains ON , WELD
