JINLIUFANG Industrial Synthetic Resin Bond Diamond SSD-3 have either multi-crystalline or monocrystalline. Those crystals are widely used for manufacturing resin bond diamond grinding wheel. Multicrystalline diamond grain is composed of subcrystals with mosaic structure that provides the grain with irregular shapes and tortuous surface. All these lay the foundation for tool makers to produce the wheels delivering high efficiency, long lifetime and perfect surface performance.
Firstly, multi-nano-crystalline self-sharpening cutting edges. The nano-sub-grain tends to fracture along their boundary under a critical cutting force, and then is left one or several edges. The process will continue until the whole grain is worn out. As a result, the grinding wheels with this type of crystals exhibits the excellent free cutting, high removal rate, and long life. Secondly, the consistent friability from those crystals prevents workpiece from scratch or burn. Thirdly, tortuous surface of those crystals acts a mechanical interlock in the resin bond, that enhances the crystal retention in wheels.
SSD-3:Light gray color, medium tough and micro-friable multinano-crystal, lower toughness but more friable than SSD-2, good self sharpen ability. Economy grade to improve the efficiency.
