Batching a Liftinga Mixinga Weighing and packing
Batching: Through screw conveyor, convey materials to weighing batching bin for weighing and batching.
Lifting: After batching all materials, they will be lifted into premixed bin by bucket elevator.
Mixing: The materials in premixed bin fall down into twin shaft mixer through the discharge port for mixing.
Notice: It can be operated by just 1-3 person to package; The whole mixing system can operate continuously; capacity is 20tons per hour; Plant height not less than 14 meters.
