Pressure class: ASME CL 150# to CL 1500#, or PN 20 to PN 250.
- Performance range:
Operating temperature: -20 to 215 A F, or -29 to 100 A C.
Electric insulation resistance over 10 MIC@ DC 1 KV.
- General description:
ASME VIII or customized basic design.
Material could be complied with NACE MR 0175.
Butt-welding prepared by ANSI B16.25 or according to order.
Customizable length for face to face.
U-shaped ring design instead of O ring for higher insulating resistence and mechanical properties.
Inside and outside coated with epoxy DFT over 300 micron or outside coated with Radiation crosslinked polyethylene heat shrinkable sleeve for both buried and exposed pipeline applications.
100% welding seam nondestructive inspection by RT, UT or PT.
100% bending resistance testing.
100% coating adhesion and porosity defect testing (for epoxy coating only).
