PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Krisisperse- 42 C is a low molecular weight carboxylate / sulphonate dispersant. It is highly effective dispersant and scale
inhibitor for cooling water and boiler water treatment. It inhibits Calcium Phosphate deposits effectively, It gives excellent
stabilization in Phosphate base, Zinc base and advanced all organic base water treatment programs. Krisisperse a 42 C
shows excellent activity over wide range of pH, high hardness and temperature. Krisisperse- 42 C is stable to oxidizing agent
like Chlorine.
CHEMISTY AND MECHANISM :
Krisisperse-42 C copolymer combines two functional groups: strong Acid (Sulfonate) and weak Acid (Carboxylate) that provide
optimal anti-scale/dispersant efficiency through the following different mechanisms :
i . Solubility enhancement by threshold effect, which reduces precipitation of low solubility inorganic salts.
i . Crystal modification, which deforms the growing inorganic salt crystal to give small, irregular, readily fractured
crystals do not adhere to heat transfer surfaces and can be easily removed during cleaning operation.
i . Dispersing activity, which prevents precipitated crystals or other inorganic particles from agglomerating and
