The final product specifications made as per agreed contract with the customers.FOIL MATERIAL:Aluminium alloy AA-1200 or AA 1235 conforming to Aluminium Association.Specification.TEMPER :Soft (fully annealed; O)SURFACE :One side matt and other side bright.WINDING :Bright side out or dull side out.THICKNESS :0.007 mm, 0.008mm, 0.009 mm and 0.012 mmTHICKNESS TOLERANCE : 8% over nominal thickness.WETTABILITY (SURFACE TENSION):A to C or to withstand 68 to 72 dynes (i.e. 70 2 dynes) on either face of foil.STICKNESS:Material shall fall freely on 1.5 m length load.SPLICING:Shall be made of smooth ultrasonic welding through out the web width.
