The pipelines of each service tanks are connected to a common header on a weighing tank. As per the recipe each material is accurately weighed one after other. Once all the ingredients are ready in the weighing tank the material is transferred by air pressure when required. The liquid dosing system can transfer the material to several discharge points. The Liquid Handling System also has a facility of CIP or SIP.

The Liquid Handling System can also fill and transfer each liquid ingredient separately, if two ingredients cannot be mixer together.
