A) We use a Logical Microcontroller with energy-saving algorithms.

B) The heart of any Desiccant Air Dryer is its Desiccant Material, and we use very high-quality Activated Alumina balls for efficient purge control.

C) The Towers of the Dryer are manufactured using 5MM Thick MS Pipe and laser cut for a smooth finish. Anticorrosive paint with powder coat is then applied.

D) The digital Temp Indicator and Pressure gauge are also provided, which is missing in many other products.

E) Our Desiccant Dryers come with Heavy Duty Air Prefilters, whereas most others sell them separately.

The surprising part is that we are still able to provide our Air Dryers at the same neck-to-neck cost as most of the brands, simply because we are real manufacturers with our own 4000 SQ FEET Factory setup who can operate with fewer margins.

Quality:
Hydrostatic testing of each product is performed at the Air Side, and the same test report will be provided with each delivered product.
The Desiccant Bed is cleaned, purged, and evacuated before it is charged with refrigerant.
Dryers are tested for any leakage at our in-house designed test set up before shipment.
