If anti-wetting property is required then LCC - 80 / 90 with ZM is recommended. LCC range of castable uses least required water o obtain dense casting which leads to higher strength. It requires 5% - 7% of water for casting depending on its variety. It is usually mixed in pan mixer for better consistency and then vibro-casted using pin-vibrators.
