Leveraging on the proficiency of our adept team, we are offering our clients with lube oil systems that are used in centrifugal compressors, lube oil consoles, steam turbines, reduction gear boxes and driven equipment. Designed, manufactured and packaged at our premises, these lube oil systems are packaged on common skids and are tested before dispatch to clienta s site.

Our engineering department takes care of the following aspects before packaging includes:

* Designed to API 611 or API 614
* Capacity of the lube oil system is decided after studying the requirement of the steam turbine, gear box & driven equipment in addition to retention time specified
* System design includes the design of the accessories for the operation of the lube oil system i.e. developing the Process & Instrumentation Diagram
* Reading and translating the customer specifications into the individual component specifications for procurement of bought outs
* Developing the equipment general arrangement diagram and foundation drawing on the basis of plot plan by the customer
* Drawing up the piping general arrangement and piping isometrics based on the equipment layout
* Thermal & mechanical design of the oil cooler & preparation of the fabrication drawings
* Sizing and mechanical design of the oil reservoir and preparation of the fabrication drawings
* Sizing of the lube oil filter & preparation of the fabrication drawings
