Maduramicin 1% For Broiler And Turkeysa Breeders

Composition:Each kg contains 10 g maduramycin

Mechanism of action:Maduramicin is a Glycosidal Ionophore Coccidiostat that increasing of osmotic pressure into the cell because of changing cell membrane permeability to cations such as Na+ and K+ and thereby stops mitochondrial actions and leads to Eimeria death by ATP hydrolysis.

Target Species: Broilers and turkeys

Indications:
It prescribe for prevention and control of coccidiosis by affecting on kinds of Eimeria such as Tenella, Acervulina, Maxima, Necatrix, Mitis and Brunetti in broilers and Gallopavonis, Meleagrimitis, Dispersa and adenoeides in turkeys.

Dosage and Administration:
-Thoroughly mix 500 g maduramicin 1% premix per ton of final feed to produce a final concentration of 5 ppm maduramicin ammonium in finished feed (5 mg/kg).

*To optimize blending into the final feed, maduramicin 1% premix should be diluted at the ratio of 1 to 10 with feed supplement as a feed ingredient prior to incorporation into final feed.

Contraindication:
Maduramicin should not be used for layer and broiler breeders, layers, pullets and turkeysa breeders.

Interactions :
It should not be used concurrently with other ionophore coccidiostat.
It should not be used in feed with pellet binder excepting Bentonite, Pel-Aid or Lignin Sulfonate.
Withdrawal period: Broilers: 5 days before slaughtering.

Precautions:
Should be used within 60 days after opening the seal.
Medicated feed should be used within 24 hours.
Keep out of reach of children.
Storage:Keep in dry place (at temperature under 25 A c) and protect from light..
