We are delivering Marine Injector Test Bench - MIT to our clients. Marine injector test bench The test bench for big size traditional and marine injectors. It is an innovative system fed by compressed air. The main part of the hydraulic system consists of multiplication air-oil pressure pump of single effect, with a pressure multiplication ratio 1:265 which permits to create 1855 bar pressure of the calibration fluid. The electronic managing system allows to register the inline pressure with a high precision, to verify automatically the injector opening pressure and to calculate the back leakage drop time after each cycle. The parameters for calculation can be chosen by the user. A large expansion camera is well-illuminated and ventilated by an exhauster with an external dust removing. The camera allows a correct visualization of the injector pulverization during the test.
