We are exporting and producing of Melt Pressure Transducer to our patrons. This is totally electronic pressure measuring isntrument with no moving parts. Many processes involve handling low or high viscous liquids, e.g polymers, food dough, grease, oil, honey, etc. pumped through several equipment. During processing of such fluids or liquids, pressure needs to not only being monitored, but also controlled in most cases. This device will convert the mechanical quantity (flow of such liquids) into some electrical quantity (ampere or volts). The amount of electric quantity produced is generally proportional to the physical quantity, leading to indication of such quantity on a digital indicator. It can have additional PID control to accurately control the parameter in a closed loop fashion, e.g controlling the amount of feed material for a plastic extruder based on pressure generated inside the die, automatic changing of filter screen plate of the extruder when pressure in the barrel rises (e.g clogged filter), etc.
The measuring device consists of a Melt Pressure Transducer with other electronics such as power supply and PID controller.
