Alkaline Process cleaner, for C.I.P. AND PARTIALY CLOSED SYSTEMApperance : Clear water white to pale Yellow colored liquidGeneral composition: Selective blend of alkali and sequestering, chelating, agents and surfactants.Ph : (Neat): >12 , (1 % Aq.Solution): AlkalineApplication: Alkaline detergent for cleaning of NF membranes , and specific RO membrane, especially to clean organic soils, oils & fats, and metallic scales.Dosage:05% to 5% Temperature of use: 50 to 60 D. C.Contact time: 30 to 45 minutes minimum.After the washing process is over the system should be thoroughly rinsed with DM water , to remove any traces of alkali from the surface.Sometimes use of diluted acid solutions are also recommended - post - alkaline wash.How ever cleaning of filtration system , is a specialized job, considering the material used for different filters (Mf,Uf,NF etc), choice of cleaners should be related to the tolerance of the membrane filters , and recommendations of their manufacturers.Handling: Product PW 11619 being a highly alkaline cleaner, it should be handled with care and any direct contact with the skin, eyes should be strictly avoided.Use of suitable hand gloves and safety goggles are strongly recommended.
