It is a Double / Triple walled, heavy duty, well insulated and coated on high microns with finest food grade quality aluminium alloy on the inner walls for long lasting hygienic cooking. A gas burner is affixed at the bottom of the oven with vitreous enameled Jaali plate, supported by 8-12 mm plate according to model sizes, which ensures the corrosion free tandoori cooking. The flame directly hit the walls of the tandoor and allows heat to generate evenly on all its sides.
