Working Process:-
Connect to the power and turn on the switch. 220 v a 50 Hz, Please use the single-phase three socket, the outlet should be reliable ground protection.
Push on the power switch a 10a , power indicator a 11a shine means power on.
Pressing heating switch a 12a , waiting 10 min to heat. No need to turn off the heating switch, which is an automatic temperature controller.
First put a small amount of raw material for pressing, to test whether the machine can be normal operation. Put the material in the hopper a 2a , fine-tuning the trim hand wheel a 3a , clockwise turning hand wheel to not move, rotating around 3600.
Press the start button a 15a , if any abnormal press a 14a . If any foreign body enters the pressing chamber, stop the machine and press the reversion button a 13a , when the foreign body is out of the machine then continue pressing.
Press the button a 12a when the pressing of the material is finished. And let the machine work empty for 3-5 minutes. Turn off a 12a and a 14a .
