Product Description
2 x 2 cold bin feeders for feeding Two different sizes of aggregate in specified proportion with independent variable speed synchronized drive under each bin a Total storage capacity a 15 Tons.
Gathering cum Slinger conveyor for transfer for aggregate from bin feeder to drier.
Continuous electronic belt weighing system.
a Thermo coatera drying and mixing drum with Multi clone dry dust collector & automatic jet burner.
Inclined load out conveyor with a gob hopper for unloading of mix material without segregation.
1 no. bitumen tank of capacity 12,000 liters, with automatic pressure jet burner and bitumen piping.
Centralized, insulated Control cabin with a provision to fit an air conditioner, with all the controls for plant operating and process control.
All units suitably mounted on two chassis complete with axles, wheel hubs, tow bar with pin etc.
Pre-wired with cables, sockets, plugs, junction box to inter connect the units.
