Motor-hydraulic Grab

Our range of Motor-Hydraulic Grab is an efficient tool for loading and unloading shapeless bulk cargo, such as steel scraps, pig iron, ore and waste, which is suitable for the crane with single drum used on the working site such as steel works, mine, garbage disposal plant. The grab has hydraulic system itself, and the hydraulic system is imported from Germany, so it has high performance. The peels of the grab are particular, so it easy to grab block material. The grab has six or eight peels, and each peel is driven by an oil cylinder, so the material wona t leak. The grab has tie-in on the grab and it is easy to connect to the crane.
Using 3D Virtual Design, by Collision and Interference Checking and taking Dynamic Simulation Test, the products can be showed in the stage of design Intuitively, which can secure the producta s quality and outward appearance.
By Simulating the various working conditions the bulk grab may service for, using ANSYS to strength check and Optimize the main parts of the equipment which make the weight distribution more reasonable, stress distribution more optimization and the service life longer.
