Muffle Furnace (1400i C)

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying excellent quality Muffle Furnace (1400i C) to our valuable clients.
Construction:
The Casing or the outer body is made of thick Mild Steel Sheet, reinforced with iron angles reveling screwed joints and welding wherever necessary. Swing / sliding type Door and Peep and hole is provided. The casing is finished in Heat & Rust Proof attractive Silver Ash Hammertone spray painting / Heat Resistant Steel Paint.

Heating:
Heating Chamber (Muffle) consists of Refractory tiles on which Phenolite or equivalent Silicon Carbide Heating Rods are placed in between the MS Sheet Casing and the Heating Chamber. Ceramic Blanket & Ceramic Board are suitably placed forming a Refractory Lining to keep the shell temperature within 80A C.

Temperature:
Maximum temperature range shall be upto 1400A C. This temperature can be reached within 3A hours provided constant voltage of 440 V supply is ensured. Continuous working Temperature of 1350A C and A 10A C temperature uniformity in the chamber is maintained.

Control:
A Microprocessor based PID Temperature Indicator cum Controller with "Sunvic" Energy control connected with Chrome/Alumel Thermocouple and suitable compensating Cable controls and indicates the temperature.
