Multieffect vacuum
evaporators find wide appication in concentratin of fruit / vegetable
juice to produce juice concentrates / tomato puree, paste etc.

The concentration
is done at low temperatures to preserve natural colour / aroma /
nutrition content. it is equipped with aroma recovery and on-line sugar
concentration detection system. Thus enbancing the consistency and
quality of the final products.

Attachments: Aroma Recovery / on-line sugar concentration detector / CIP

Range: Fruit juice concentrates, tomato puree / paste, milk
