Heat Exchangers are particularly suitable for pasteurising and/or
cooling of products having low and meidum viscocity like pulp, puree
etc. Pasteurization or cooling is done with steam, hot water or cold
water, CIP cleaning system can also be incorporated. Can be designed
into monotube / multitube / shell and tube / three-four cncentric tube
type models depending upon the requirements of the products / capacity.
