Multifunction Automatic Core-poured Egg Roll Machine

The Model HWB Machine is a domestic new-generation and fully-automatic production line,researched and developed with Japanese top-notch technology,to produce hollow-core stick.The production line is made up of a beating machine for raw and semi finished materials,a curing main machine, two conveyors,two slurry-poured machines and a conveyor belt. According to the prescription,raw materials are placed into the beating machine to be stirred into even powdered slurry,then conveyed onto the heated wheel hub in the curing machine. After cured,the soft bar is scraped by a scraper and put in a reeling shaft to circle into a bar shape. And cut into a needed length to be collected in the conveyor belt, through grooved rails.
