Whole Mushroom : Product consists of caps with attached stems in which at least 90% of the stems are not longer than half of the cap diameter.

Buttons : Product consists of caps with attached stems at least 85% of which are not longer than 4mm and no stems are longer than 7mm.

Sliced : Product is made by slicing Whole/Button Mushrooms and 80% of these slices by weight are in the direction approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mushroom.
