Working principle:
1. The roll of film is installed on the horizontal rail;
2. The film is transferred through the fixtures which sets the width, and the transferring speed ranges 0-8m/min which is forced by CNC deceleration drive inverter motor.
3. The machine adopts the heater for heating procedure. The power is 6KW and the outgoing position temperature is a 350A . It will be alarmed when the temperature is exceeded.
4. Input the dimension data to achieve automatic cut.
