MICRON Non Silicon Anti Spatter compound is also suitable to use on welding gun nozzle, which will leave a film on nozzle. The film prevents flying metal sparks from sticking to the gun and thus avoiding further damage and maintenance problems of the gun. Effectively increasing MIG welding gun's life.

The water washable MICRON Non Silicon Anti Spatter compound makes welded surfaces absolutely free from oil, making the surfaces ready for further processes such as painting, baking, powder coating, etc.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1. Shake well before use.
2. Spray on the gun nozzle and inside the nozzle over contact tip before welding.
3. Repeat procedure after every 8 - 10 welding operations
4. Clean accumulated spatter inside the nozzle with ease.
5. Spray on the job near the weld/seam before welding operations.
6. Clean spatter on the job with ease, without the necessity to grind the stuck up matter.
