Optical Hardness Testers

We manufacture optical brinell hardness testers that are electrically operated. Our optical hardness testing machines are suitable for mass testing of components made of steel and other materials whether flat or round. A power pack and hydraulic system is provided for easy loading and unloading operations. The machine is also provided with an optical system of 14x magnification and front screen assembly with micrometer thimble to obtain an accuracy of 0.01 mm. The diameter of impression is directly focused on the screen and measured without any eye strain. This machine is used for mass production in engineering industries.
