Organic Photo Conductor

OPC Drum is a core part of laser printer, and is attached inside the cartridge with toner, PCR, blade and other parts. The printing is conducted as the drum charged from cartridge causes exposure to light, and toner is put on the exposed part and the toner is moved on a paper to print it on the paper with addition of heat.

COMPOSITION:-
Generally, OPC Drum is formed in multi-layers with charge generation laayer (CGL) consisting of charge generation material (CGM) and CG-Binder, and charge transportation layer (CTL) consisting of charge transportation material (CTM) and CT-Binder. It features (-) electrification on high-sensitivity and high-speed laser printers

In the case of the "single-year" consisting of charge generatoin layer (CGL) and charge transportation layer (CTL), it composes OPC Drum by additionally using electronic transportation material (ETM). It features (+) electrification on the surface of the drum, and enables mass printings.
