Pellet Crumbler

According to the needs and demands of our clients, we are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Pellet Crumbler in Secunderabad, Telangana, India. The hardcase crumbler is a machine meant to reduce particle size of whole pellets in order to make the feed palatable for young poultry chicks, fish etc.

The hardcase crumbler generally consists of the following:

a set of 2 rollers rotating in opposing directions at a differential rpm. One roller is fixed and the other floating.

a well designed distributor rotor to evenly distribute the incoming pellets throughout the length of the rollers.

three motors, one for each roller and one for the distributor.
