Penetrant Testing Services

Owing to our rich industrial experience and expertise, we are engaged in providing Penetrant Testing Services in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India. Under this testing service, a penetrating dye is applied over the surface of the component and enters the discontinuity or crack. This testing service is imparted in a prompt and efficient manner under the supervision of our experienced team members who only use modernize machines and equipments.

The dye is applied and left for approximately 1/2 hour or longer on the surface which enables the dye to be drawn by capillary action, into a surface breaking indication. The excess dye is removed by either water or solvent soaked cloth and developer is applied, a further waiting period of up to approximately 15 minutes or longer is required where the coloured dye will contrast with the white developer enabling the technician to identify any discontinuities.
