Phosphating Temp. Quantity Rustophos MN 600 It is manganese base accelerated type phosphating solution hot type. It gives coating which provides excellent wear and tear and corrosion resistance. 95oC 6% vv Rustophos ZNA 612 It is zinc base phosphating solution gives coating of 7.5gm. It is hot dip accelerated process and gives smooth dark grey phosphating. 80oC 4% vv Rustophos ZNA 618 It is an improved version of the above product. 80oC 4% vv Rustophos ZNB 624 It is accelerated hot dip zinc phosphating solution. Coating 6 gm. Note: All the above products are as per IS 3618. 80oC 4% vv Rustophos CN 630 It is calcium base phosphating solution It is accelerated type and is basically used as paint base. Coating 4 gm. 75oC 3% vv Passofix The products are liquid white solution and are slightly acidic 70oC 50ml/100lt.
