Mold base: LKM and HASCO
Injection type: pin-point, tunnel, edge, fan and sprue gate
Mold type: normal, hot runner and air assistance
Machining: advanced CNC, EDM Wire-cutting, milling machine, grinding machine, lathe etc
Features: high accuracy and durable
Mould life:100,000 -10,000,000 shots

Quote: according to sample or drawing
Discussion: mold requirement, price, payment, lead time and etc.
s/c signature: PI, S/C or P/O is acceptable
Product design checking: We check the product design. If some position is not perfect, or can not be done on the mould, we will send customer the report.
Mould design: We make mould design on the basis of confirmed product design, and send to customer for confirmation.
Mould making: We start to make mold after mold design confirmed
Mould testing: Send trial samples and try-out report to customer for confirmation
Mould modification: we do the correction according to the approvement by both parties
Delivery: mould, drawing, spare parts and mold cooperation manual will be shipped together.
