It is particularly suitable to manufacture control adhesive for plastics, metals, glass wood ceramics etc. The dispersion is suitable for machine application processes. This is readily compatible with polyvinyl acetate, photopolymer and copolymer dispersions. By the addition of these dispersions, the strength (cohesion) of a band may be increased. In particular SUNGRIP-777 dispersion has proved to be especially suitable in such situations. By the addition of plasticizer and soft resins, surface adhesion can increased. Suitable plasticizers are: dibutyl phthalate (OBT), tricresyl phosphate (TCP), di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DOP) and dibutyl glycol phthalate. Sungrip PSA -777 is also compatible with esters and aromatic hydrocarbons but is incompatible ketones and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Applications:
Sungrip PSA-777 is especially suitable for use to manufacture contact adhesives for common backing material such as paper fabric and plastic. It can also be used as an adhesive for banding paper to PVC film, cellulose acetate film and poly-terephthalic acid ester film.
