Polyglactin 910 is an Absorbable Synthetic Suture, Multifilament, that comply all USP requirements. Polyglactin 910 is made of a Poly (Glycolic-co-l-lactic) 90-10 and covered in Poly (Glycolic-co-l-lactic) 30 -70 of Calcium Stearate.
It is degraded by Chemical Hydrolysis, that later is absorbed and metabolized by the human body. The absorption process is followed by a mass loss and fully absorbed in 90 days.It is available in violet color and sterilized by Ethylene Oxide.
