About Machine for slicing potatoes 5000 kg / h Eillert BL-1000:

Universal slicing machine, built using three phase cutting systems, which are mainly designed for cutting root vegetables into slices, strips and cubes. Because of a well-designed system, there is practically no pressure on the product, so there will be no loss of juice, which increases the shelf life and product quality.

The water compartment is completely separated from the cutting compartment. Two doors facilitate access to the removal / trimming device. This allows you to quickly and easily replace cutting sets, and the machine is easy to clean and maintain. The machine is available at two speeds or with a variable adjustable speed, allowing you to adjust the centrifugal force and cutting speed to the product to be cut.

Productivity is up to 5000 kg / h depending on the required size of a cut and a product.

Carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, sweet peppers and fruits.
