We are engaged in offering excellent quality PPGI Steel Coils to our valuable clients. Our PPGI can be coated to your colour requirements on both the top side and back side and we can achieve a very high gloss if required.

We can supply your specific RAL colour to either 1 side with our factory back colour or we can apply 2 different RAL codes according to your requirements on BOTH top and bottom.

We produce RAL Colurs, Mettallic Colours or Patterned PPGI
We also have our own Coil Slitting Lines and can supply coils at any width. From 100mm a 1250mm. Just tell us the widths you require.

Typical Specification:-
0.17mm a 1.5mm Thickness
914mm / 1000mm / 1250mm Widths or slit to your requirements.
Top Coating 5 a 8 microns primer + 10 a 12 Microns Paint (Total 15-20 Microns or other according to your specification)
Back Coating 5 a 10 Microns (Or higher depending on your specification plus with or without primer).
Top and Back Gloss a Matt Finish or Gloss Finish on both sides up to 80% Gloss.
Colour according to international RAL Codes, Mettallic, Patterned or according to your samples.
