Navaraartri is festival is otherwise known as 'Dusserah'. It is celebrated through out the country for 10 days. During this 10 days people spend their time in worshipping by offering prayers and doing poojaas to the deities Durga, Lakshmee and Saraswatee.
1. First three days, importance is given to Goddess Durga.
2 Next three days- people workship Goddess Lakshmee.
3. Last three day - the importance is give to Goddess saraswatee.
3. The 10th day is called Vijaya Dasami.
