Protex M Textured Soybean Flour

We are offering our client an excellent quality range of Protex M textured soybean flour. Classical textured soy protein of the highest grade with regular and increased content of the protein. Perfectly imitates the fiber structure of the meat and fish material and could be used for the substitution of the protein and organoleptics features. Hydration level is:
Flour 1:3-3,5;
Concentrates 1:4-4,5.
Protein content: 50%, 60%, 70% upon request.
All products are basically produced in natural colours, but also could be coloured, if such requested by the Client.
