We are Manufacturing and Supplying for our customers a far achieving collection of PTFE insulated wires in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India that are most suitable for dense wiring, worst weather condition, chemicals affected area, high temperature zone and high frequencies etc. PTFE insulation can be used upto 260 deg. C, but above 105 deg. C bare copper oxidize excessively, become brittle and lose conductivity. So we use Silver plated copper (SPC) conductor upto 200 deg.C and Nickle plated copper (NPC) conductor upto 260 deg.C. PTFE insulated hook up wires are manufactured as per USA MIL-W-16878/British BS-2G-210/Indian JSS 51034.
According to working voltage, classification of hook up wires is as follows:-

1. Type ET - Working voltage 250 V AC RMS
2. Type E- Working voltage 600 V AC RMS
3. Type EE- Working voltage 1000 V AC RMS
