PVA Water Soluble Films has excellent flexibility and isolation to many materials. It dissolves rapidly when it runs across water. As a new type of green packing material, it is widely used in all kinds of packing such as pesticide, chemical fertilizer, paint, dyestuff, detergent and other fields. It prevents the direct contact with various chemical reagent, reduce the harm to the user and it raise the packing level at the same time.

In order to meet the need of embroidery industry, we have developed a high-tech product which can dissolve in cold water quickly. The product can dissolve within 20s under normal temperature of 15a and completely dissolve within two minutes and no remnants or other harmful substances. So it is a good item for embroidery (lace).
The traditional high temperature water soluble paper can be dissolved above 70a , and it will after fold easily after cooking in hot water. And some product will fade, time consuming, in aesthetic.

Water soluble film can be divided into three kinds according to its dissolving speed: fast dissolving film, generally-dissolving film and slow-dissolving film, the dissolving speed is decided by water temperature. Generally speaking, the thicker the film, the slower it dissolves. The higher the temperature, the faster it dissolves.
