Qt-1 Laser Particle Size Analyzer

The QT-1 analyzer take full account of the refractive index etc. of particles and dispersing medium which using the full scale Mie scattering theory, according to the scattered light intensity changes of different sizes of the particles in each angle get particle size distribution of the particles. The data calculation of particle test is generally divided into fitting unconstrained inversion and fitting constrained inversion. Fitting constrained inversion assume the particles meet certain distribution before computing, then according to this rule get the particle size distribution. This method is relatively simple, but there is a deviation between assumption and the actual situation, therefore, this method cannot be a true reflection of the particle size distribution. Unconstrained fitting inversion makes no assumptions, directly to accurately calculate the particle size distribution by the light intensity. This calculation requires a reasonable detector design and size classification, it needs a high requirement of equipment. The QT-1 adopts the reasonable size grading and the optimal detector arrays which is arranged by a heteropical crossed and three-dimensional fan shaped array which can accurately measure the particle size distribution of the particles.
