Quality Approved Portland Slag Cement

Being a client concentrated company we are associated with Trading and Supplying a comprehensive collection of Quality Approved Portland Slag Cement from Bhuj, Gujarat, India. A Carbon Neutral Cement, has been used since more than a decade all over the world. While in India, it has been used since Independence. Portland Slag Cement is obtained by mixing high quality Portland cement clinker (45-50%), gypsum (3-5%) and granulated slag (45-50%) in suitable proportions (as per IS-455:2016). At Vadraj, we are separately grinding clinker & gypsum to produce OPC & raw slag to produce GGBS. OPC & GGBS are intimately mixed in required proportions to produce Portland Slag Cement. This helps in controlling particle size distribution which improves performance of resultant PSC. It has physical properties similar to those of OPC. In addition, it has low heat of hydration and is relatively better resistant to soils and water containing excessive amounts of sulphates of alkali metals, alumina and iron, as well as to acidic waters and can therefore, be used for marine works with advantage.
