R.o.p.p. Cap Sealing Machine

The unit is heavy fabricated with all SS cover mirror finish. The basic unit consists of SS conveyor belt, star plate, sealing head, vibrator chute & bottle guides. Castor wheels & level bolts are fitted with machine base. Sealing head is diving type with Four Roller.

OPERATION :
* The bottles received from in feed said of conveyor are automatically feed to the indexing star plate.
* The cap feed to the vibratory bowl get automatically oriented in the right position & pushed to the chute inlet. The bottles pickup the cap one by one from the chute outlet. The cam operated rotating sealing head during its downward travel sealed & threaded to the bottle & further indexed & pushed outlet on to the exist side of the conveyor one change parts fitted with machine.
