ASFOCOAT-KN is a Zinc Phosphating Chemical composition based on the latest developments and is formulated to operate at room temperature at lower concentrations and shorter immersion times comparable to that of hot Zinc Phosphating. ASFOCOAT-KN produces a uniform fine grain compact Zinc Phosphate conversion coating which makes it ideal for pre-paint treatment of mild steel surfaces. It protects the metal surface from under-paint corrosion and gives superior bonding of paints or powder coats to the metal substrate thus enhancing the durability and life of paints and powder coats.
