Drilling Capacity

114 to 171 mm ( 4 to 6 ) dia. holes as DTH or Rotary Drilling. Drilling depth 18 mtrs. (60 ft).

Mounting

Heavy duty tracks with adequate supporting rollers on both sides. Each track driven by an independent hydraulic motor.

Mast

Heavy duty structural steel construction. Mast height suitable for handling drill pipes upto 6.10 mtrs (20 ft) available.

Feed

Heavy duty single hydraulic cylinder with chain system with micro feed control.

Rotary Head

Single or twin hydraulic motors with spur gear reduction system available. Options of different rotary head torque with variable speed range available.

Air Compressor

Single stage oil flooded, screw type with capacity ranging from 300 to 550 cfm (8.5 to 15 m /min) and working pressure upto 200 psi (14 kg/cm ).

Power Unit

Diesel Engine as Prime Mover for driving compressor and hydraulic system.

Leveling Jacks

Heavy duty, three nos. hydraulic jacks with check valves.

Dust Control

Options of twin cyclone, high efficiency dry type dust control system or Non Visible Emission (NVE) dust control system or wet type water injection system available.

Drill Pipe handling

Hydraulic barrel loader to hold upto three drill pipes of sizes 114 mm (4 ) (or) 76.2mm(3") dia and lengths upto 6.10 mtrs (20 ft) available.

Controls

All controls centralized for single man operation.
