Introduction:

4.Improved installation accuracy.After the base of the idler and grab roller support device is welded, vibration aging treatment should be carried out to eliminate welding stress. Then, integrated manufacturing is performed using vertical lathes and boring mills. The process can ensure the requirements of manufacturing accuracy and dimensional position tolerance.
